Terms of Use

The Property Club platform is operated by Wealth Mentor Education Ltd (New Zealand company number 9317956), Level 3, 81 Grafton Road, Grafton, Auckland 1010, trading as Property Club ("Property Club", "we", "us").

These terms govern your use of the Property Club platform at app.propertyclub.nz and everything that comes with it — the dashboard, portfolio tools, community, Deal Room, Academy, events, messaging, and AI features. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Property Club

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You're responsible for your account: keep your password secure, and tell us straight away at hello@propertyclub.nz if you think someone else has accessed it.

2. What Property Club is — and isn't

Property Club provides general property education, tools, and community.

We do not provide financial advice. Nothing on the platform — including content from AILA, mentors, courses, community members, or Deal Room listings — is personalised financial advice. For your specific situation, speak with a licensed financial adviser, accountant, or lawyer. Decisions you make about property, money, or investments are yours alone.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Account → Billing; your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.
Programme purchases (such as Mastermind, Connect, and Mentor Me) are one-off purchases with their own inclusions and duration, described at the point of purchase.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise.
If a payment fails and stays unpaid, we may suspend access to paid features until it's resolved.

4. Community rules

The community works because members respect it. You agree to:

Follow the community guidelines published on the platform.
Not pitch, promote, or solicit other members in direct messages without their invitation.
Not post content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful.
Not scrape, copy, or redistribute other members' content or personal information.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. The Deal Room

The Deal Room is a neutral noticeboard where members share opportunities with each other. Property Club is not a party to any deal, does not broker, match, verify, or recommend listings, and does not handle funds. Posting or responding to a listing is subject to the separate Deal Room Terms of Use, which you must accept before posting. Do your own due diligence on anything you find there.

6. AI features

AILA and our other AI tools generate responses automatically. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. AI output is general information only — check anything important before acting on it.

7. Your content

You own what you post and upload. You give us a licence to host, store, display, and transmit it as needed to run the platform — that's all we use it for. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

8. Our content

The platform, its software, courses, branding, and materials belong to Property Club or our licensors. Your membership gives you personal, non-transferable access — you may not copy, resell, or redistribute platform content without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform: no attempting to breach security, no automated scraping, no reverse engineering, no using the platform for unlawful purposes, and no misrepresenting who you are.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account any time from Account → Your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, liability, disputes) survive termination.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other New Zealand law that can't be excluded. Subject to that: the platform is provided "as is"; we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service; and our total liability to you for any claim connected with the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for decisions you make based on information from the platform, other members, or AI tools, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll notify you on the platform or by email, and the version number above will change. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
